Let us know any special instructions on shipping, payment or other matters and click SUBMIT ORDER. You will receive a detailed order confirmation in the e-mail address entered.

Soon after we will e-mail you an invoice with applicable taxes (if any) and shipping costs depending on your location. We will also send you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

We accept cash or payment by Company Cheque, International Money Orders, Wire Transfers, PayPal, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

Prices are in Canadian Dollars F.O.B. Montreal. Minimum order $100.00. Prices subject to change without notice.

International Orders

 

Orders from overseas must be prepayed.

No courier provides C.O.D. service from Canada to the USA.

If you are in the United States the package is eligible for a duty waiver if the value is less than USD$200.00 If the Value is over USD$200.00 we will send it by Domicile Service meaning all duty, Taxes and Broker Fees are payed by us, the shipper.

Website prices are in Canadian Dollars, we make the international Export Invoices in USD based on the exchange rate on www.xe.com.

Shipping

We ship with UPS & Canada Post, or a courier of your choice.

We will send you a copy of your original order inside the shipment. Our commercial invoices are detailed for every item shipped. Different styles are packed separately with descriptions and prices for easy review of your order.

Shortage and Damages: Please have the driver note the damaged boxes or opened boxes upon receiving of the shipment. We double-check all of our shipments! Notify us of all claims within 48 hours. For damaged boxes, save boxes or packing material for shipper's inspection

Refused Shipments: 15% restocking fee plus freight charges.

We credit all defected items. We don't accept returns for unsold merchandises.
